Very knowledgeable staff that are willing to share their experiences and knowledge of the job.

Cons

Staff shortages and the length of time it takes to hire in coming employees. We lose very qualified applicants to other agencies due to the length of time it takes to hear back from Granville. Take time to notify them of where their application stands and if they're hired let them know a definitive hire date.

Benefits are okay. You get a free birthday meal each year.

Cons

Management has run the department Into the ground. Favoritism shown by management. Low morale. Majority of seasoned staff have left.
