Pros
1) If you want to show your relatives and friends(Non - IT) ....how good office you work...then you can easily outshine them. :-) 2) Type of work they undertake in Services division is very rare and well tech. advanced, which you won't find in any other cmpnies like Infy/tcs etc. Good QA managers and very good team mates. 3) Flexi work timings. 4) Few key people in HR and Accounts dept are very co-operative and supportive. They will also help beyond their duties.
Cons
1) Blind and dumb senior management. 2) No long term running big accounts. 3) You always have to raise voice for increments and better variable comp, even if you are performing good in the team. 4) Estimation team sins always have to be borne by team by working on continous weekends. 5) Relies heavily on temporary staff (contractors) .
