Pros
People are on the whole, brilliant. Supportive, professional and encouraging. The Workplace & Facilities Team was a pleasure to be a part of. I worked with a super team and always had full support from my manager as well as being given opportunities to learn and develop. Some structural issues that were present when I joined the Company have been ironed out, and the People Team in particular is doing a fantastic job with in-house training, development and more targeted recruitment. The next 12-18 months is crucial.
Cons
Communication between departments could be improved. Some roles within the organisation can seem obsolete.
