      The pay was good for me.

      Cons

      Bad management, lack of structure and business goals. Bad communication, no cross functional involvement it seems. For 1.5 years of the two working there, I continuously requested new projects or at least a road map of upcoming projects. Tons of low quality projects that end up nowhere due to management. Lots of promises…
