Pros
Good pay and benefits. Sense of family with colleagues in the same department. It’s good that corporate is investing for a capital expansion/relocation for the West Monroe converting plant.
Cons
Within the last year, HR has been heavily recruiting younger personnel and at the same time giving notice to older workers that they will not be transitioning to the new plant. In addition, corporate core values are preached but not enforced if you are in the “right circles.” This negative culture shift has caused employee morale to plunge to all time lows.
