      The only good thing is the pay

      Cons

      Mandatory overtime up to 12 hours a day 7 days a week Management doesn’t actually care about you Human Resources is always looking to fire people They do not provide necessary training to run their equipment and expect employees to just figure it out

      Could be a great company again.

      Was a great place to be, I loved working there, flexible, management was great..then the bottom dropped out last year.
