They expect you to throw your personal life out the window. Your entire life needs to be dedicated to the company. They say you’re off on a holiday, and then throw mandatory overtime on that holiday You get no sick days, only vacation days, and they’re not transparent on how many days you get Terrible employee retention just based on what older workers have said.
