Pros

* Great Team - Very supportive and collaborative, often meeting at least once per quarter to do something fun in our department and then twice a year as a whole company * Transparent - Leadership sharing the good and the bad in our weekly Townhall and CEO Open office to discuss anything we want which has an upfront response * Lots of work autonomy - You have the path to try new things at Gravity Sketch and ownership of projects * What we're working on is cutting edge and clients are loving it, it feels really good to be working at a company disrupting (for the better!) the design workflow

Cons

* Could be seen as a pro for the right person but it is very fast-paced * You need to be able to manage your work-life balance, you could work every day at Gravity Sketch for 24 hours and I'm sure there would be something else to do! The team continue to encourage us to take a decent amount of time off and fully reset.

Pros

Everyone I have met so far has been a really good person, if not a pleasure to work with. They prioritize getting the job done over following antiquated rules of the traditional workplace. Benefits are nice.

Cons

It is a startup, so information moves fast and it can be a challenge to keep track of what is current. I would say this is typical for the type of company it is.

Pros

- this company has flown me to multiple countries for global gatherings, where the meetings are actually helpful to understand what other teams are working on/towards, and fun excursions are planned for everyone - I’ve been able to make a deep impact at the company right away, because they trust they’ve hired the right people from the beginning, and give you the autonomy to work on your own ideas - the people are all so talented, passionate, and so willing to help wherever needed - they’re genuinely trying to make sure everyone is heard, by doing anonymous feedback surveys every week, having anonymous agendas to input your concerns and have them discussed during CEO open hours (whole company welcome), etc

Cons

- the work is hard. It’s a start up, so they are relying on you to bring your own expertise and constantly push yourself and the company goals forward. It’s not a place for you if you’re not ready to get stuck in - so many growing pains while everyone tries to figure out how to make a company dealing with a brand new technology (VR) palatable to the mass community + scalable as a growing company
