Pros

I have had such a great experience right from the start. The HR Talent Acquisition Specialist screened me and scheduled my interview. I really enjoyed hearing all about the company, culture, tuition reimbursement and benefits. I had a great interview and was excited to be presented with an offer. HR called me personally and presented offer, which I was thrilled about. The hiring process was easy and most of it was on-line. It’s been almost a year and I really love it here. There is a sense of community and helpfulness here. I have learned so much already and am excited for my future here. They have partnerships with 2 colleges for reduced tuition, which I plan on taking advantage of this year.

Cons

I don’t have any yet.

Excellent culture, wonderful department, and the management is friendly and accessible. Employees across all levels are welcoming and happy to assist with all questions to help improve and hone the staff's skillsets.

Cons

Formal training and the firm's methodology could be improved upon in order to help prepare new staff more effectively.

Pros

At this firm, there is room for everyone to succeed and there’s always opportunity to grow which does not correspond to your title. I can only speak to my experience but that is not to mention that there will be significant changes that come for the future applicants. The partners and the team are very talented and are there to help you. The HR department is quite frankly, a joke. The department is slowly dictating the firm with no understanding of the field or industry they work for. Now it is reasonable to not have experience in the industry but there is no excuse for not having the proper knowledge. The employees that have been there for a while (especially longer than a year) know that Lisa did a way better job in the department than anyone else could have. Moving over to the perks. The one thing that stands out with this firm is the tenure and that is a reflection of the people. I wouldn’t change my experience at this firm. I was truly supported and had the space to grow. I will be eternally grateful. I would recommend this firm to any newly graduates that are dedicated, hard working, and want to see the ins and outs of a business. You get a lot more than you put in. I was able to gain positive experiences with many clients and exposure to a number of industries. I would say, get your experience then depart as you should. I stayed longer than I expected but I was able to challenge myself in so many ways. I am grateful for my experience here but more than anything else, I am so grateful for the number of peoples lives I was able to help and impact positively in some type of way. After my departure, I was flooded with messages from staff, supervisors, and managers. The outpouring love was truly felt. The extent of it, I did not know. If that was the one and only thing I could contribute to this firm, I did my job.

Cons

With any job/career, there will always be one bad seed or two. Just be careful and cautious but do not dim your light to fit into someone else’s box. If positivity and kindness trigger those people, there is a bigger problem. I can say now that it is true what they say in the reviews, like every company, there will be one or two who will be quick to stab you in the back. Wish those people grace and kindness. Integrity cannot be bought nor can character.
