Pros

No Pros. Nothing to say. Regretting after JOINING THIS COMPANY.

Cons

STARTUP COMPANY. No Work life balance as it's a Startup Company. NO WORK CULTURE. No chance to improve your knowledge as all them are UNEDUCATED. All the so called managers are just good for nothing. Worst HR Policy. You have to work for more than 12 hours to be in the company. Recently shifted in SOCIETY type place and they call this "TECH PARK" You'll get many houses in this so called Tech park 😂😂 It would be great idea to stay in that Society only as you have to work for more than 12 hours. On the day of joining they'll tell they have branches in few places across globe but honestly there are noone in that location, no Office outside of Bangalore. Only 1 person that too no Office 😂 Unhygienic place with unhygienic people. WORST COMPANY TO WORK WITH. So called 3rd class clients. . . . Etc Etc Etc . . Etc Etc . . DON'T JOIN!!

Pros

Best company I ever worked for. Awesome offering with major investement in exciting new technologies, so you really have market leading competitive products to sel! Great company ethos and culture, they really treat you as a valued individual and corporate social responsibility and other initiatives are not just window dressing. Spirits in the office are high, so you want to be there, everybody supports each other.

Cons

Still looking for any major one's, but all recommendations for improvement are desired and followed up by management.

Pros

You can learn things quickly as we have to do lot of repetative things.

Cons

There ate no BA's, so requirement gathering is filed with lot of gaps and project estimation always goes wrong.
