Great company ethos and culture, they really treat you as a valued individual and corporate social responsibility and other initiatives are not just window dressing. Spirits in the office are high, so you want to be there, everybody supports each other.

Still looking for any major one's, but all recommendations for improvement are desired and followed up by management.

You can learn things quickly as we have to do lot of repetative things.

There ate no BA's, so requirement gathering is filed with lot of gaps and project estimation always goes wrong.
