Pros
Not much to say about pros I guess the only thing I can say is the non-managerial coworkers are nice.
Cons
There’s so many things wrong with Graybar Raleigh I’m not even sure where to start. Management is horrible I can’t stress that enough. The training is nonexistent I know the company is going to come back and say that they is a training period but it’s a lie, they have a supervisor who does everything there and teaches you but while she’s sitting with you “teaching” she’s pulled in 55 different directions So you’re not learning much and when you make a mistake down the road she swears she taught you that particular something although I’m not sure how she remembers she did when she’s being pulled in 55 directions. So many people left there that I had to do the job of five people and promises were made about raises and promotions and then when that time came they didn’t fulfill their part of the deal, this place is the most unethical place I have ever worked at in my life. The customer service team there is so talented and dedicated but aren’t utilized (or respected) to their capacity due to the customer service managers incompetencies. They have to wear so many hats there ! They have to fill in on the counter whenever the counter people are on vacation, out sick or at lunch. They have to be the receptionist so the phone rang all day long so you were interrupted all day long. Lot of work with VERY little pay! All in all it’s about how much money the company can make for the company and not for the little guy!!
