      Pros

      It is very obvious that they appreciate aquiring Summit Consulting. LLC and seem to be very open to us keeping our current structure and brand; which is a definite plus. The Review process and pay-4-performance seems improved from our previous parent co. and the time off is about average. Overall we've been with them less than a year so opinions are still forming.

      Cons

      The High-deductible insurance is a bit much and has it's own set of challenges and the UltriPro time management system could use an upgrade.
