Low pay compared to other companies. Expensive health insurance with a very high deductible. If you are there for 5 years or less, maternity leave benefits are lacking compared to other companies. Start PTO is low compared to other companies. Very slow to promote. Work/life balance was lacking. Management was non-existent most days and lacked communication with the team. The work atmosphere was toxic.
