      Pros

      Loved working at great clips. Busy if you like busy. Lots of tips. Not just sitting around. Keith Chalmers is a franchisee that cares about ppl.

      Cons

      Doesn't to colour, clientele, lots of tips.

These are core services we believe we can provide in a consistent, high quality manner. Because of our select service focus, we are not able to provide all the services available in other hair care salons, including those related to hair coloring. Thanks for sharing your feedback!

      Pros

      Great co-workers, good tips, generally busy, clientele overall friendly, management is super cool and will try to be as flexible as possible with your schedule.

      Cons

      Working evenings and weekends, but that is salon life.

      Flexible schedules, 401k, health, & dental benefits, bonuses (based on salon performance, base wage with poetional to hit commission on service & product sales, fun friendly & welcoming environment for employees/customers, continuing education for growth in the industry, professional career growth with Great Clips (depending upon your franchise)

      Cons

      Haircutting exclusive so if you enjoy other services in the industry (chemicals, waxing, updo styling) this is not the place Franchised salons, so salons are ran differently.
