      Many ways of pay. Hourly rate. Tips. Bonuses. Commission. Great team environment. Many Training opportunities. No clientele or book needed.

      Cons

      You do not have a set schedule. You do not work with chemicals, no color or perms. No waxing, no extensions or wigs.

      Pros

      Great co-workers, good tips, generally busy, clientele overall friendly, management is super cool and will try to be as flexible as possible with your schedule.

      Cons

      Working evenings and weekends, but that is salon life.
