-Franchisee is in the salon twice weekly or more.
- Awesome support from the corporate side ie training and advice
-Managers care about the staff and if they are happy or not.
Cons
-Sometimes we are understaffed for the customers we are doing and can feel overwhelming and tired at the end of the day.
-Some staff can slack off when faster and better staff are on the schedule.

Great co-workers, good tips, generally busy, clientele overall friendly, management is super cool and will try to be as flexible as possible with your schedule.
Cons
Working evenings and weekends, but that is salon life.
