Good training if your just out of school, they will teach you all the different haircuts you didn't learn in school
Cons
Your treated like an idiot kid that just got out of school and that is mostly what they hire. Actually, they will have no problem firing you because you are so replaceable........... they go to area schools to recruit young girls that don't know anything yet for just that reason, its a steady crop of new gullable stylist wannabe's that they can take advantage of....... this is why they don't give raises to staff that are dedicated and after going to school to be a licensed professional and continuing your education to keep your license this is an insult. Sad thing is this is just the way hairstylists are treated in general, its not just Great Clips, so go back to school and get a real career.
