The Neo-Nazis of the Hair Industry. Joseph Stalin would have been more open hearted then the manager working there. The owner and management at first seamed to come off as understanding but once you made a small mistake God help you if they DONT rip you to shreds. Management would talk down to you. Basically your another cow to the slaughter. If you have children, God help you If you have a disability, God help you if you have parents, grandparents, husband, or like any human being any family at all, God help you. if you become sick, God help you. if you breathe, God help you. Being a stylist is something one should love doing. DO NOT WORK HERE IF YOU WANT YOUR CONFIDENCE TO NO LONGER EXSIST. Management literally has no soul, no heart, remorse, understanding........all they care is Numbers, they will disembowel anyone who gets in their way.
