Wonderful employer to work for. They are large enough to be well established and respected in the industry, yet small enough that senior management often knows entry level employees by name. During company training events, employees generally introduce themselves and give a quick overview of their position and how long they’ve been employed by GLMC. It always amazes me how many long term employees are within the organization, this is a true testament that Great Lakes is doing something right!
