      A laid back, hands off team that lets you go at your own pace on the job. Well paying for the positions posted.

      Cons

      The organization simple doesn’t have a structure that supports the bottom line: its residents. Because of this, the direct staff receives a brunt of the burden. Job descriptions are not as described, many grey areas and lack of leadership for the team.
