No benefits, Commission is entirely too demanding to reach on a consistent basis.
Management changes direction on a whim and do not inform you until you do something incorrect from the new structure, and then they yell at you. Literally raise their voice on a regular basis. You are not allowed to have a service animal with you. You are treated like dirt and told consistently that you can be replaced.
