BAD work/life balance - Anonymous employee Great Minds Employee Review

People work CONSTANTLY. Nights, weekends, holidays. They email and slack at all hours. Infrastructure is lacking. They have grown exponentially in the last year and a half but act like a start-up. The expectations for what you should be producing are over the top but because so many employees act like they have no lives and work constantly no one questions this. Onboarding processes are basically non-existent. Salaries are good but not when you amortize working 70 hour weeks as a matter of course. If you work to live and not live to work, this place is not for you.
