Don’t do it - Implementation Support Specialist Great Minds Employee Review

Started out absolutely loving my company and job and then they did massive lay offs but lied about the entire process. They were extremely rude and provided no feedback for the huge amount of employees that got laid off. They preach work life balance but don’t actually mean it. The CEO is so out of touch. Before the lay offs I would have said it was the best company to work at, but it was all just a disguise for the hideous things they are doing in upper management. They fired so many people only to increase the salaries of upper management but keep everyone else’s the same but expect them to do 3x more the workload.
