Pros
I don't think there are any "pros" worth enduring the way they treat their employees
Cons
After months of lying to their employees, many were recently emailed a letter by the company stating that the following day would be their last. No one from HR, management, or leadership reached out to them. Truly disgusting behavior. HR preaches about being "gr8 leaders" and "growing with great minds" but acts like they have no idea that people are being abandoned by their workplace. How does anyone making these decisions sleep at night? Meanwhile, the rest of the employees are left to grieve the loss of their coworkers while pretending to be grateful for their pay cuts and demotions. I understand that business decisions need to be made but these are human beings that deserve a shred of respect and dignity. It's as if the best way to go about this wasn't even considered. Baffled as to how this could be executed so poorly. Not sure how the rest of us can move on now that they have made it clear that any moment might be our last and the company wouldn't care less.
