Petty and immature - Technician Great River Health Employee Review

When I realized my position was not a good fit for me, I went in to HR to see what else I could be suitable for. I ended up resigning the position I was in, and then was ghosted by human resources. They basically put me on as a not eligible for rehire, even though I followed every protocol with respect, out of retaliation and I think that is the key thing. They retaliate against you instead of supporting you.
