Toxic and unprofessional - Social Worker Great River Health Employee Review

The office is unprofessional. Management is not good. Training is not helpful. Employees are judgemental. Horrible work-life balance and expectations are not clear. There is rarely ever feedback. You are extremely overworked. Most of the coworkers complain a lot as well. Once you get this job it is almost as if they want to convince you how bad the job is. And they are not wrong.
