Pros
The culture throughout GreatAmerica is wonderful. It's a company whose leadership team truly cares about employees. A fun and collaborative environment.
Cons
Some pockets of middle management are used to managing hourly employees and their transition to salaried workers has not been smooth. Limited understanding of flexible work hours the fact that generally salaried employees work more hours, rather than fewer.
