Pros

-It's evident that there are people who work here that really care about the organization. - There are few managers and directors who want to know how you're doing and what you want to achieve.

Cons

-I get that this is a non-profit, but their compensation and benefits are terrible. You don't get paid enough to be able to afford the benefits. -I couldn't believe what managers and directors were allowed to get away with in terms of how they treated and spoke to their employees. -HR is...meh. They can be a hot mess/sloppy to deal with and very rude. -Staff is constantly overworked and burnt out. They offer nothing in terms of extras to recognize their employee except "star cards" and maybe a lunch. People want to be compensated for what they're worth. -Good luck trying to move around within the organization. They promote it but don't follow through.
