Pros

Good benefits, 2 weeks vacation

Cons

Little pay, Forced overtime, Management treats you as if you are stupid, and actually prefers you that way. Career employees more worried about their own jobs than accomplishing goals. A culture of pointing fingers and CYA. NO raises given to production employees unless they are on the bottom of the scale.

Pros

So short staffed and rate of turn over is so high your basically handed a job no matter what, they seriously allow anyone to work there

Cons

Poor management, low pay, dangerous work environment, faverisem, lack of communication, short notice on overtime, pay issues, harassment (especiallyif your female, and it gets overlooked or ignored), lack of HR help with issues, will fire you if you get injured so they dont have to worry about making adoptions so you can work
