Pros

Not working ? a place you could work.

Cons

Safety issues ,if you were injured and reported you may find your self out of a job quickly. and your injury may not be reported or covered. examples are hernias pulled mussels, and some eye injuries employees who do piece work may receive a pay cut if you work real hard and get your count up on the part. noisy dusty and hot in areas.

Pros

So short staffed and rate of turn over is so high your basically handed a job no matter what, they seriously allow anyone to work there

Cons

Poor management, low pay, dangerous work environment, faverisem, lack of communication, short notice on overtime, pay issues, harassment (especiallyif your female, and it gets overlooked or ignored), lack of HR help with issues, will fire you if you get injured so they dont have to worry about making adoptions so you can work
