Pros

Its a steady job and could be a good place to work if you would pay your maintenance people right or let the most qualified work the overtime instead of letting a senior man who was given the job because of his race card who falls asleep on his shift

Cons

Senior.men there for 30 years act like idiots and the head supervisor let's them run the place

Pros

So short staffed and rate of turn over is so high your basically handed a job no matter what, they seriously allow anyone to work there

Cons

Poor management, low pay, dangerous work environment, faverisem, lack of communication, short notice on overtime, pay issues, harassment (especiallyif your female, and it gets overlooked or ignored), lack of HR help with issues, will fire you if you get injured so they dont have to worry about making adoptions so you can work
