Pros

I had the opportunity to work with one of the smartest and nicest guys in the whole industry. I got the freedom to work on anything and everything in the plant. If I had an idea and could justify it, I could work on it. Documentation Processes were thought through and very easy to navigate. Was told "Don't take your work home with you."

Cons

Didn't see a raise despite reviewing Exceeds Expectation for multiple years. (Covid/economic down-turn) Boys Club environment.

Pros

So short staffed and rate of turn over is so high your basically handed a job no matter what, they seriously allow anyone to work there

Cons

Poor management, low pay, dangerous work environment, faverisem, lack of communication, short notice on overtime, pay issues, harassment (especiallyif your female, and it gets overlooked or ignored), lack of HR help with issues, will fire you if you get injured so they dont have to worry about making adoptions so you can work
