Pros

The vast majority of people in the company are friendly and great to work with. As a part of their rotational program for new graduates, I have been given numerous opportunities to continue learning and growing. Additionally, I have also been given opportunities to travel to many of the facilities which has been great for not only meeting others in the industry, but also for getting fully introduced to the large scale of industrial operations.

Cons

While the responsibilities and work of my position is quite reasonable, it is clear that many people in other roles have to deal with high stress levels.

Pros

So short staffed and rate of turn over is so high your basically handed a job no matter what, they seriously allow anyone to work there

Cons

Poor management, low pay, dangerous work environment, faverisem, lack of communication, short notice on overtime, pay issues, harassment (especiallyif your female, and it gets overlooked or ignored), lack of HR help with issues, will fire you if you get injured so they dont have to worry about making adoptions so you can work
