Pros

Grede's business line is the manufacture of automotive parts. In my position, we must schedule shipments to all of our clients, which involves national shipments such as to Canada and Mexico. Our quality policy is reflected in the products we manufacture, since they are of excellent quality.

Pros

So short staffed and rate of turn over is so high your basically handed a job no matter what, they seriously allow anyone to work there

Cons

Poor management, low pay, dangerous work environment, faverisem, lack of communication, short notice on overtime, pay issues, harassment (especiallyif your female, and it gets overlooked or ignored), lack of HR help with issues, will fire you if you get injured so they dont have to worry about making adoptions so you can work
