Safety is our #1 priority! Our safety records and awards speak for themselves. Family like culture. Many of our employees have been working at Grede for 20+ years and this speaks volume for the company and how much our employees are valued.

Cons

A little dusty and hot during the summer months. Its the nature of the business we are in!

Pros

So short staffed and rate of turn over is so high your basically handed a job no matter what, they seriously allow anyone to work there

Cons

Poor management, low pay, dangerous work environment, faverisem, lack of communication, short notice on overtime, pay issues, harassment (especiallyif your female, and it gets overlooked or ignored), lack of HR help with issues, will fire you if you get injured so they dont have to worry about making adoptions so you can work
