Amazing boss that listens to you and _genuinely_ cares for you as a human being. A phenomenal management structure that really constantly works to improve plans, implementation and train staff. The pay is decent for what it is. Superb supervision opportunities for aspiring BCBAs and a creative as well as caring team.
Good sick time policy and hours.

Cons
Very disorganized, despite the best efforts of the management team. Very expensive benefits. Limited time off pay, but they started to cover school closings and always make sure that you have work over the summer (excluding two weeks total). You basically cannot choose when you get paid time off, but can still take unpaid time over and beyond the accumulated week paid you get if you do not take breaks during the school year. Schools are not always corporative with the BAs or collaborative with the BIs.
