Pros
The projects are interesting, and salaries are fair enough.
Cons
Absolutely horrific management with terrible accounting practices and zero accountability. Don't work here if you want to be paid. My May invoice was paid in August. My July invoice was paid in November. My subsequent invoices are still outstanding. This is all after I have sent several requests and reminders over a period of months, even escalating to the CEO multiple times. At one point, a staff member in the financial office even suggested that the reason they are 3 months late on paying me is because I haven't sent enough reminders. There was absolutely zero effort from leadership to simply communicate to me that my payments would be delayed or even explain what was going on. I have had to seek legal counsel regarding my outstanding invoices. Nothing seems to get done on time at this company, and that includes compensation. I can't speak to the experiences of full-timers, but I suggest for contract consultants to avoid at all costs.
