Pros
Everyone in the company is very hardworking, smart, creative, and kind. The work-life balance is there, but totally up to you and how you manage your time. Most managers do not micro-manage, so you really have to keep yourself on task. The company openly shares wins and losses during town hall meetings every quarter. You really feel included and a part of the conversation.
Cons
I don't think hard work is a con, but if you don't want to work hard and want an easy 9-5 then this is not the place for you. If you are struggling to keep up, then you need to say so right away. Help is always readily available or a solution is on its way. I've seen people get stuck when they wait until it's too late. The company moves fast because of the industry. If you can manage your time well and seek out resources early on, then you're good to go.
