First, we have provided salary increases across the board to our employees every year, and the past two years were no exception. Second, while we did indeed have a shift in our strategy to adapt to the industry downturn, this was the first time in our history that we had to release some members of our team. It is important to note that your numbers do not reflect reality. It was an incredibly difficult decision to make, as we had some amazing, dedicated people working for us. As with most organizations, it is vital to stay focused on the evolving market. Failing to do so would be a disservice to our customers, employees, and investors. We have a strong culture and a strong offering, which is reflected in our 4.7★ Glassdoor rating as of today. We are excited about the future.
