Cons
Not the same at other locations. Too often, rainmakers (those bringing in lots of business) are not held to company stated policies of respect for all individuals. A select few (including some in positions who have no right to think so) have oversized beliefs in their sense of entitlement. As is true in most all organizations, a few bad apples ruin the whole barrel.
