Pros
The company appreciates its employees, making it a little easier to come to work each day. The NJ office always has a lot of food, which is a plus!
Cons
While we were trained well for some aspects of the job, other parts were hard to figure out without formal training. Also, working in immigration is interesting, but the attornies demand a lot from you. You have to be willing to work late, and give up some weekends to come in and meet deadlines.
