There are no pros...one of the worst run companies I ever worked for.

Cons

Management is horrible and clueless. Completely ineffective and decision making is very poor. Continually grasping at straws and strategic directions lag significantly behind the market.

Great coworkers - they are knowledgeable and resourceful

Cons

No opportunities to really grow in the profession. Lots of copy paste projects. Which is great when you have people you are training. Gets old after a while. National clients so you are dealing with so many municipalities that have different requirements. Client management is not as strong as it could be
