Great range of commercial projects, pretty updated in BIM terms, good enough salary, great ambient.

Cons

closed 2 offices and about 40 people at once without notice, timesheets are obligatory week to week, work can become repetitive if you don't like that.

Great coworkers - they are knowledgeable and resourceful

Cons

No opportunities to really grow in the profession. Lots of copy paste projects. Which is great when you have people you are training. Gets old after a while. National clients so you are dealing with so many municipalities that have different requirements. Client management is not as strong as it could be
