Good genuine team but they are getting exploited from greedy company

Cons

Underpay staff, expect to work overtime without getting paid. IT system is slow and poor, upper management and on-ground management are both poor - bad organisation of the clinic. Staff was not valued or respected. Company neglect staff's mental health and need. Poor hours and rostering.

Not a huge amount of perks as we chase the revenue/margins, Fun agenda could be scaled up, Support office training doesn't exist

Great clinical teams, very supportive Area Manager and RCD

Cons

Pay could be better for nurses especially. Award level sucks for them, though they are starting to improve this it’s not quite fast enough
