-Great direct manager and immediate team -HR Team genuinely happy to assist -Team on the ground around the country great people

Cons

-Company is heavily siloed. Nearly every department looks after itself and no one else, even some teams refuse to assist their own dept. This causes issues to stagnate and not get fixed. -Some staff are severely underqualified for their roles. -Some Area Managers seem to be on an eternal power trip

Not a huge amount of perks as we chase the revenue/margins, Fun agenda could be scaled up, Support office training doesn't exist

Great clinical teams, very supportive Area Manager and RCD

Cons

Pay could be better for nurses especially. Award level sucks for them, though they are starting to improve this it’s not quite fast enough
