Middle Management attitute is "my way or the high way". Keep the ideas of improvements to yourself and do not rock the boat. Could be a very profitable company but its ruled by intimidation not only to the employees on the floor but to front line Supervisors with no accountability for middle management, to many people in the office and floor related to higher ups so your days are number. Supervisors have it the roughest and its like a revolving door for them. Its not what you know but who you know and backstabing is rampant with middle management using people as a scape goat for their screw ups or to hide what they have done.
