Absolutely awful hr department never quiet seen anything quite like it. The most bizarre pay structure like something out of the 70s. Let me tell you there is nothing worse than seeing blanten favouritism and bully from the manager. One poor lad got the sack over a measurement discrepancy. This place should be a little rolls Royce but it's more like a back street sweat factory. I would rather clean the streets than work there. Maybe it's a backwards village mentality god only knows
