Pros
There are some really great, smart people that work there, especially outside of management. And there are a few good folks in leadership as well. It's a small, private, family owned company so leadership likes to get involved on the day to day activities. Overall compensation packages are pretty good. International opportunities.
Cons
Very flat organization, very little room for growth. Supposedly a "matrix" organization, but no one there knows the actual organizational structure, and they prohibit org charts. This makes cross-functional communication nearly impossible unless you have been there for years. Very high turnover rate. Constantly shifting "strategies", like a new one every six months. Somewhat unreasonable expectations from upper management. Nepotism runs rampant with generally negative impacts.
