Not much room to move up in the organization. Senior leadership has no idea what goes on at the production level. Much too much analysis paralysis. No synergy between manufacturing locations. Middle management and supervision are not respected and responsibilities are increased as people leave the work force. Favoritism is rampant. Production employees are not sufficient for the work at hand.
